These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases of merchandise and publications made by you through the website located at www.albisnar.com (the "Website"). Please carefully read these Terms before using the Website. By using the Website, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

The online shop on this Website is operated by Al Bisnar Studio ("we" or "us"), a sole trading company of the artist, Al Bisnar. Orders for merchandise and publications are placed with us.

Al Bisnar is a sole trader registered in England and Wales.

Orders for Service or Product are placed with different entities within our organisation and are governed by separate terms and conditions.

Availability, Prices, and Information

The products on the Website are subject to availability.

All prices are in GBP, including tax where applicable, and must be paid in full, including the delivery charge, which is an additional cost depending on the address. Customers are responsible for customs duty and taxes in their own country.

We take every care to ensure that our product descriptions, prices, colours, and availability are accurate. However, variations may occur in handmade products, and sizes are provided as a guide only.

Ordering

By clicking the "Submit Order" button on the Check Your Order screen, you confirm your offer to purchase the goods and services subject to these Terms. We will confirm each order by email, and such confirmation constitutes our acceptance of the contract. Products will be delivered to the address you indicate on the Check Your Order screen. The risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you upon delivery.

Payment

You can pay for your order online using Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We do not retain your card details after processing your payment.

Returns and Damaged Goods

For returns and damaged goods, please refer to our Refunds and Returns page. Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase before the Goods are dispatched and can cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused and with original packaging. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.

While we endeavour to ensure that the Website is normally available 24/7, we will not be liable if the Website is unavailable for any reason beyond our control.
